RowPro Session Setup

This is where every session except a Just Row starts in RowPro.

You just click one of the buttons on the left to choose which type of session you want, select the specific session you want students to row from the list in the middle, and click Row.

 

 

If you want boats in the other lanes, or you want to change default splits or warm up/dn, you click these before clicking Row. Most times the defaults are fine so you just click Row.
