Using a PC with RowPro greatly expands what you can do compared to students rowing with only the Concept2 Performance Monitors.

• Session setup - Use the familiar point and click capability of your PC to set up sessions directly onto the students' Concept2 PMs. No matter how complex the workout, RowPro sets it up on the PMs and students start rowing. It’s that simple.
• Rowing log - Rowpro automatically saves the results of every row in each student's own personal RowPro rowing log, and from there you can upload results directly to the online logbooks at Concept2.
• Stroke technique - When students row with RowPro they see an on-screen 3D 'Oarsman' who matches their rowing stroke by stroke. By adjusting their stroke technique to match, they can learn good stroke technique at their own pace.
• Pace boats - Create, save and re-use any number of pace boats and load them into the lanes on the PC screen. RowPro pace boats can stay at the same pace and stroke rate, or can change their performance along the way - you choose.
• Past rows - The best competition to stimulate your rowing is your own past self. RowPro enables you to put your past rows into boats in the lanes beside students, just like pace boats. You can also use other people's past rows downloaded from the Concept2 Online Ranking or from the huge Digital Rowing Rowfile Library.
• Rowing plans - Rowing plans are so important to keeping students' rowing on track. RowPro provides an extensive range of training plans to help students stay fit and healthy or to compete at any level, and has a Wizard to tailor exactly the plan each student needs. These training plans ensure each student's body gets the correct mix of strength, endurance and speed in every workout, plus they give students an extra incentive to row. RowPro sets up each training session directly onto the Concept2 Performance Monitor and records all results for later analysis.
• Online community - Imagine rowing online in real time with other schools around the world! While that might seem a scary thought at first, you'll be amazed how motivating it is for students to row online.
