As a first step, please enter your current RowPro license number and click Check.
If you have purchased or been given a RowPro Home Edition annual license, you are eligible to upgrade this to a permanent license.
If you are upgrading to a permanent license before your annual license expires or within 30 days after your annual license expired, you are eligible for the reduced upgrade price shown in the Upgrades tab of the Online Store.
If you are upgrading to a permanent license more than 30 days after your annual license expired, the price shown in the Upgrades tab of the Online Store is the full price.
A 'major version upgrade' means an upgrade from version 1.x to 2.x or 2.x to 3.x etc.
If you have a permanent license and one or more major version upgrades have been released since you purchased your current licence, you are eligible for the license version upgrade(s) listed in the Upgrades tab of the Online Store at the price(s) shown.
If you purchased your current license less than 90 days ago and a major version upgrade has been released during that time, you are eligible to upgrade free of charge and the upgrade price will show as Free. Your license has already been upgraded automatically and you do not need to proceed with the license upgrade process. Just upgrade the RowPro software package as described below.
If you purchased your current license between 90 and 180 days ago and a major version upgrade has been released during that time, you are eligible to upgrade at the reduced price shown.
If.you purchased your current license between 90 and 180 days ago and a major version upgrade has been released during that time, you are eligible to upgrade at the normal upgrade price.
Once you have completed your license upgrade, you will need to download and install the current RowPro software package from www.digitalrowing.com/download and then activate RowPro again to 'pick up' your new license.
