Customer Center

Welcome to the Customer Center

The Customer Center is designed for RowPro owners. In the Customer Center you can:

  • Learn about the many activities you can do with RowPro, including joining organized online rowing groups and setting up your own rowing plan in RowPro.
  • Use the Oarbits Online Rowing Club to set up, join or check online rowing sessions and view session results.
  • Visit and use the customer forums.
  • Use the new Rowfile Library to select and download Rowfiles from recent BIRC and CRASH-B events.
  • Get a 20-day free Tryout Key or activate RowPro with a License.
  • View and update your Customer Profile.
  • View your current RowPro Licenses.

To access some of the resources in the Customer Center you need to sign in with your User ID and Password as shown in the e-mail confirming your purchase.
