Information
The list above shows the following information:
- License No. - This lists all the RowPro License Numbers you have either a) purchased in the Digital Rowing Online Store or b) registered with Digital Rowing after receiving the License Number from a Concept2 Distributor.
- Computer Serial No. - After you have activated RowPro in your PC, this lists the Computer Serial Number from RowPro. If the Computer Serial Number is blank, it means that license is not currently allocated to a PC.
- Date issued - For licenses purchased in the Digital Rowing Online Store, this shows the purchase date. For licenses received from a Concept2 Distributor, this shows the date you registered the license with Digital Rowing.
- License - This shows the license description and expiry date. RHE means RowPro Home Edition. If a license will expire, the expiry date is listed. If no expiry date is listed, the license is a permanent license.
- Version - This shows the license version. If a license has been used to activate a copy of RowPro, this shows the version of RowPro that was activated. If the license is not currently allocated to a PC, this shows the major version (1, 2, 3) of the license which indicates which major version of RowPro the license can be used to activate.
Notes:
- While a license is allocated to a PC, it cannot be used simultaneously in another PC.
- If you need to move a license from one PC to another, deactivate RowPro in the old PC and then activate RowPro in the new PC. To deactivate, click the down arrow next to Help on the RowPro main menu, click Activation Manager, click the Maintenance tab, and click Deactivate Online.
- When you upgrade to a new minor version you are not required to re-activate RowPro, hence the version number listed above may not be the version of RowPro you currently have installed in your PC.
- If the version number above shows "m" after the number, this means you activated RowPro manually (i.e. via the web page) rather than activating RowPro online, hence the specific version number you activated is not known.
- If the major version number of a license is lower than the current major version, a yellow Upgrade button will be seen after the Computer Serial Number. Clicking this button will take you to the Digital Rowing Online Store to buy a license upgrade.
